Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders are currently fulfilled and shipped from India. We're in the process of setting up local fulfilment in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada — once that's live, eligible orders will ship directly from Canada for faster delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. From there, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days to Canada, 8–16 business days to the United States, and 10–20 business days to the rest of the world.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. See our full Refund & Return Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at help@tiebowtie.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you'd like.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Products & Materials
What material are your ties made from?
Our neckties and bow ties are crafted from premium silk. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
How should I care for my tie or bow tie?
We recommend dry cleaning only. Avoid ironing directly on the silk — use a pressing cloth if needed, and store ties rolled or hung to prevent creasing.
What length are your neckties?
Our standard necktie length is 58". Bow ties are adjustable from 14.5" to 18" neck size. See our Size Guide for more details.
Do you offer custom or made-to-order ties?
Yes — visit our "Design Your Tie" page to create a custom piece. Please note custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details.
