Where We Ship From
At this time, all TieBowTie orders are fulfilled and shipped from our facility in India. We're excited to share that we're in the process of setting up local fulfillment in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada — once that's live, eligible orders will ship directly from Canada for faster delivery to North American customers. We'll update this page the moment that transition happens.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During sale periods or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed via email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
